A NOTE ABOUT POLITICAL SIGNS: You've seen a lot of signs this election period. I want you to know that every sign for my campaign is placed with the express permission of the property owner and follows City Code. I believe in playing fair. Thank you to so many who have called to express your support and requested signs for your neighborhoods.
If someone has placed a sign in your yard without your permission, you have the right to remove it.

Dear Neighbors,
I love Provo and have made it my home since I came here to attend BYU twenty-eight years ago. Through the years I have lived in many areas of the city including the central neighborhoods, east bench, and now on the Westside. I appreciate and love the character of each of our neighborhoods. I also recognize that each neighborhood faces their own set of unique challenges.
When I moved to the Westside, I watched with interest the critical issues and increasing pressures that our area of the city was facing. I found articulate neighbors willing to enter into lively discussions about what they wanted for the Westside.
I'm running for council because for too long, the Westside has lacked the attention or voice it deserves. Our issues are too important to leave it to chance--or to those who do not understand -- or are not motivated by the possibilities to really execute a shared vision. What happens in the next 4 to 8 years is critical to the long term success of all the neighborhoods on the Westside.
My commitment to neighborhoods extends beyond the neighborhoods of the Westside. I will defend traffic and street issues in the Grandview and Rivergrove neighborhoods. I will work to promote understanding, fairness, and all viewpoints as Northpark deals with it's redevelopment challenges. I will be sensitive to the character and community of Carterville neighborhoods and work to protect and enhance it's stability. We need success in these neighborhoods too.
Protecting and preserving our neighborhoods is a vital component to a healthy city. Zoning compliance, losing owner occupants, infrastructure, and the pressures, obstacles, and opportunities of I-15 expansion will all need to be balanced with important quality of life issues.
I am anxious to contribute my insight and skills. I have 20 years of experience in strategic marketing in many industries, public relations, participating in and supporting the arts, and working through the city departments on neighborhood issues/zoning. I love to bring people together to find the best opportunities and outcomes.
I promise to be reasonable, accessable, and considerate of all viewpoints. Your vote indicates your trust in me to be positive, principled and proactive.
Join with me. Help me to be your voice on the council. Please vote for me on Tuesday, November 6th. Together we can work effectively for better neighborhoods and a better Provo.
Enthusiastically,
